
We offer shipping and
inside delivery through North American Van Lines (NAVL) on
most items. They take extra careful
handling of items using 2 men and no forklifts or heavy moving equipment
that can easily damage items. All items are hand carried
and delivered and set-up inside your home or business.
Cost of the service is very reasonable, usually around $275 per item to the East Coast
and $375 to the West Coast of the U.S. and the second item of equal
size and weight is shipped free. Up or down stairs
deliveries are available, usually $100/unit extra, please ask about this
when ordering. This service excludes extra large items like
pool tables, airhockey and shuffleboards, these items must ship common
carrier. In some instances we will need to pack
and crate your items where North American will not go like overseas
and some remote areas at a cost of $50 per item. These
shipments will be shipped either to the airport or can be arranged to ship
to your door at an added cost. Once items leave our warehouse or
from manufacture, travel time by NAVL runs 7-10 days and they will
call prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time to deliver. Most
new items ship in 2-4 weeks and some refurbished items can take
longer. Any delays or backorders you will be

We also use FedEx when shipping smaller items
such as touch screen games, putting challenge, popcorn
machines, dart machines and any other item
FedEx will handle. Shipping of these items may run $75 -$175.
FedEx does offer expedited services for extra cost. We can use
FedEx for overseas shipping and delivery
too.

Ocean Freight is often used for
International Orders. This is a more economical way to ship overseas
but can take 18-32 days once it leaves U.S.

IMPORTANT: When your item arrives make
sure you inspect for any damage due to shipping. If
damage is visible, please inspect item to see if you wish to accept
it.
Do not
accept item if you do not want to live with the damage and repair
yourself. We always suggest that you open packaging before signing
to make surethere is no concealed damage.
If you do refuse item because of damage,
please notify
us immediately that it is being returned. Once returned and
inspected we
will get out replacement as soon as possible.
